How do I download after purchase?
After purchase on Gumroad you'll receive an email with your download link instantly. Download the installer for your platform (Mac .pkg or Windows .exe) and run it. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How many computers can I install on?
Each license covers up to 2 computers. If you need more activations, contact us at info@Soundbeautymagic.com and we'll help you out.
What DAWs are supported?
Any DAW that supports VST3 (Windows & Mac) or AU (Mac only). This includes Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Studio One, Cubase, Reaper, and more.
Do I need internet to use the plugins?
Only for initial activation. After that all plugins run fully offline. GenieMind AI (GenieChain AI only) requires internet for AI requests.
The plugin isn't showing up in my DAW — what do I do?
First, make sure your DAW has scanned the correct plugin folder. On Mac, plugins install to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 and Components. On Windows they install to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3. Rescan your plugins in your DAW settings and restart it. Still not showing? Email us and we'll walk you through it.
Can I transfer my license to a new computer?
Yes. Just deactivate on your old machine and activate on the new one. If you run into issues, contact us at info@Soundbeautymagic.com .
Do you offer refunds?
Because our plugins are digital downloads we generally don't offer refunds, but if you're having a technical issue we'll always work to get it resolved first. Reach out and we'll make it right.
